The patch is practically invisible on the face, I've forgotten I even had them on many times now. Down side, this only works for those acne that you're itching to pop (ready to burst out, if you will). Put it on overnight, and you'll find either the acne has gone down, or the acne safely popped.

This does everything expected of a Pimple patch with the added benefit of being so super thin that it blends almost completely into the skin. Great option if you need to wear it in public. Love this brand!
