It's because I don't like some of lipstick that too glow but it really works for me ❤️

Instructions are a little confusing but I like the product!
When I ordered this I thought the way this worked was to just apply it on top of any lipstick and it would make it matte. Apparently that’s not the way it works. The instructions are all in Korean so I could only try to make sense out of the pictures. You put this on first like how you put lip balm first before applying certain matte lipsticks but use a very small amount or it will mess with the lipstick application. When the lipstick dries down I think it’s supposed to make it look more matte. I don’t know if I completely understood it right but that’s what I did and what I noticed. But the way I really prefer to use this is as a replacement for ChapStick on days when I don’t want to use lipstick or liptint or anything. This makes my lips feel moisturized and yet not look all shiny. It makes my lips look so much better than the way they normally do when they’re bare. I really like this! If anyone else has any other tips on how to use this with lipsticks, please share with us! :)
