I want to use emulsion instead in the summer months but the hydration is not enough for my fairly dry skin, but it makes a decent layer of moisturizer before some moisturizing sunscreen.

Emulsion is the best alternative of moisturiser for oily skin people... for me personally I like to use them morning instead of moisturisers under SPF...
And this particular product is so cool
Best texture.. price... results..size and longevity...and cosmetically elegant...
Highly recommend for oily squad people...
