This toner is okay on my skin but a bit too thick for me. Though it felt good and hydrating but its a bit much for me. the consistency I think is good for those who have super dry skin and this will really compensate the lost moisture. I used this instead on my neck and so far my skin in this area looks better than before.

this was my first product introduction to the brand isntree. i struggled with dehydrated oily skin, and because of dehydrating, i had fine smile and forehead lines. but ever skin using this toner, my skin has been a lot more happier, and a lot more fine line free.
