Moisturising and light
Perfect light and well absorbed. I use this on my neck and decolletage. I did another review for the Wonder tan tan cream and talk a photo for comparison as the two I like a light and rich version of the same cream.

It may say its a water cream
Though it says its a water cream, its not a true water cream but more a thick emulsion consistency. Very moisturising, great to pair with the toner and great value for money.
