This toner is has everything I look for in a toner. Hydrating, improves skin barrier, calming, etc. etc. it reminded me of Hatomugi skin conditioner but better. It comes in a huge bottle and is affordable. Can’t go wrong with this toner. I’ll continue to repurchase.
