This is an opaque white toner that is a lot more viscous than the water-like toners that I normally use. I definitely have to shake this before using it or else there’s white residue on the sides. It’s a milky toner that does a decent job as a toner.

This is the best toner I’ve used so far. The texture is a lot thicker than regular toner. It also hydrates the skin very well leaving the skin a moist feeling. Love the big size version.
