The toner is very gentle to the skin and I can tell that there is no alcohol in the product since it doesn't have this "stingy" feeling even if I put some of this product near my eyes. Just like the other products of this line it is unscented. It might feel like using just water but it really works with helping the redness and inflammation of my acne
