Didn't realize that this lip balm was meant for plumping. Haven't used it, will be giving it away as a gift. But has great packaging.

It it tingly and stings slightly when you first apply, but it has a nice subtle tint and really does make my lips look plumper. It also really helped with some flakiness I had on my lips.
