I'm not a huge fan of glosses because of their sticky texture, but I've recently been loving the finish so I was on the hunt for a gloss that wasn't sticky, and this one is perfect! Like the name, it truly is a water gloss that glides on smoothly with no stickiness but a high shine finish. I love the blue glitters in the gloss (less obvious on the lips than the tube) as it gives it a little something extra! The scent upon opening it smells like a citrus-y mint (like if you drink orange juice after brushing your teeth), but then smells subtly like plain mint. Upon applying it it smells exactly like listerine breath strips and gives a little bit of a plumping effect (doesn't hurt though!) which I love!
