Much better Niacinimide serum
Soaks in nicely, is also pleasantly hydrating, and has an effective amount of niacinimide without going so overboard that it’s irritating. Glass bottle, dropper works well.

Brightening effect
This may come in small amount but when you use it, a little goes a long way. Does the job
