My skin is combination and prone to pimples. The moisturizer is great, but don't expect a big result. It's just a moisturizer and reduces dry lines under the eyes and makes the eye area thick and bright. It didn't cause me pimples or any other problems (don't use it on the nose because it makes it bigger
