can't really tell of the effects but it's a lot lighter than most of the eye creams I've used before

I love the whole black tea series from Pyunkang Yul and this eye cream did not disappoint. I have very sensitive eyes and can't even wear eye make up or mascara, but this cream hydrates nicely without causing any irriation
