It's been three months and despite reaching out to customer service, they advise me there's absolutely nothing they can do for me. Tracking stopped halfway. Terrible experience.

Love this line of cosrx masks - soft, full of essence and fit really well! While this one is a nice mask, I personally prefer the propolis one a lot more as I find it's just as hydrating, but it also has soothing effects too that this one doesn't.
