Effective toner for sensitive skin!
Effective toner for sensitive skin! Let me start out by saying that my skin is sensitive. The CosRX Propolis Toner has made me go from red, to positively GLOWING. Combined with the Propolis Lite Serum and moisturizer, my complexion has never looked more bright and glowing.

IS GOOD

This toner is unscented, it feels supple, lite but not like water, has some viscosity but not too much, it does hydrate the skin but is not like your skin would last hours without anything else,( because you know sometimes after working for 2 hours the hydration feeling kinda goes away, and not everyone can be reapplying skincare at work ) it is a good base and my dry skin likes it, I think an oily skin  person will find it amazing.

It reminds me of Dear Klairs supple toner ( my favorite toner). Cosrx Propolis is a little bit more watery in consistency and the hydration you get is pretty close to the Klairs toner but no at the same level. I feel like this can be a good dupe, not the best but good.

After foam using this toner for double cleaning, so ur face will be moisturize
