This toner contains a whopping 72.6% Propolis Extract. Propolis, or Bee Propolis, is essentially a mix of tree resin or sap and beeswax which bees use to create their hives. The formula is a bit viscous so I suggest to use it as the last toner (if layering toner(before serum)). It doesn’t have any scent and spreads nicely across the face.
