Since this toner has AHA, BHA, and Vitamin C, I use it at night only. Also, I have hormonal acne-prone skin. So keeping my pores clear is important. When I use this toner with a cotton round, I can actually see the gunk and dead skin cells on the cotton round. This toner is ideal for my skin type, but I'm not sure if it would work on sensitive skin.
