It's a bit hydrating and moisturizing but I really didn't see a difference in my skin. I was just waiting to be over with this toner to be honest!

My second bottle purchase! This bottle is BIG. And so worth it. It's definitely moisturizing and brightening after using it for awhile. This product is great!

This bottle is really big and really affordable. Because of the price I was so shocked at how big it was when I got it! It's definitely moisturizing and can definitely be a great addition to your routine. But it's more of a support player not really the star of the team...if you know what I mean. But definitely worth a try and well worth the price!
