I've been using this cream to get rid of the red spots from mask irritation on my face. It's kind of fading them but I haven't used it for long enough ti really be able to tell. I can say that the texture of the cream is very thick and it takes a lot of massaging for it to absorb. I only use it at night because it leaves a white cast on my skin.
