[Bought another for my brother] I have purchased this product many times already and I love it so much. It has a watery consistency and makes my skin feel super clean and hydrated. I usually soak some cotton pads with this toner and place them on my face as a mini mask for about 1-2 min, and it works wonders on my skin. Definitely recommend!
