This is my second time purchasing. It's always easy to use and not irritating at all. I didn't notice much difference in pigmentation but I have very little so this is mostly for upkeep.

I'd say this is a nice niacinamide serum with an addition of propolis. Even though it's nice, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a small bottle and I think equally effective niacinamide serums are a plenty. I won't buy it again unless it's on sale but I'll finish off the bottle.
