Was a good hydrating toner, I did not notice anything else

didnt see much of a difference, but did make my skin brighter and more even. has a strong ginseng scent whihc i didnt like but went away after a few minutes. i think this is better for mature skin

Loved the toner and got second one but it might be little sticky to your face
