I wasn't sure what to expect with the essence but I'm definitely not disappointed! It's watery texture just sinks into the skin and can be layered as needed which is perfect! For the summer months, I add up to 3 layers of this sent free essence before moving onto my serum step. Already repurchased to not run out!
