Been using for 2.5 months and I’m neutral towards it. The toner is more watery than viscous, has an herbal smell, and it doesn’t have noticeable effects as far as I can see. It’s supposed to have good ingredients for acne so I use it consistently night and day. No irritation. Probably will not repurchase.
