This toner pads is so gentle on my sensitive skin. It has two sides; embossed and smooth. I used the embossed one for mild exfoliation and for the smooth one, I used it everyday. The cotton pad holds just enough toner and it gives ample hydration for my skin. I like to do toner pad masking and I can see a slightly calming effect. I wish the cotton pad a bit bigger.

And also the instruction on the jar says: "First step of skin care, wipe face along skin with pads". So I got confused and went to google it actually of how to use it properly. It turned out they are toner pads and not for removing your makeup. The pads are thin and double-sided with a bumpy surface on one side. I used this side to gently rub my skin for exfoliation.
