HaruHara has provided us with this wonderful rice toner which has grown to be one of my favorites.
I enjoy trying any hydrating toner which has an ingredient deck which I feel will soothe my dry sensitive skin. This one is a winner. When reading the impressive components of this product, the panax ginseng sealed the deal for me. All of the great parts added up to a hydrating wonder. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

This is so calming and so moisturising, sometimes I feel like going in twice or thrice and skip the moisturiser. I don’t know how they made a water like product this moisturising and yet it feels so good on oily skin too. Perfect toner with amazing formulation. It has all the good ingredients under the sun. This is that one toner which will solve all your issues except for exfoliation.
