☁️ This toner is my favorite among the 5 toners. It has a viscous consistency, light, and refreshing toner packed with nourishing ingredients. It's very hydrating without leaving your face feeling oily. I have oily skin and this was the perfect moisture I needed. It has a light rice scent that I love. Fortunately, I got another bottle of this toner because I had already used up one.
