I have heard many people rave over this toner and since it was black Friday, I decided why not buy it to see what the hype is all about.? After applying the toner once, a few hours later, I saw that my neck was red and itchy. The next day my neck became super scaly and flakey. Long story short, I got a chemical burn from the toner. I am aware that one shouldn't try out too many products out at once and this was the only new product in my routine so I know its the culprit.
