But it contains a variety of plant essential oils that may irritate some people's skin. Not recommended for people who are allergic to essential oils. Heimish All Clean Balm has changed my impression of cleansing balm. It turns out that cleansing balm is not necessarily greasy. Except that it takes long time to remove the waterproof eyeliner, overall I am satisfied and like this cleansing balm.
