I use this toner for my morning and evening routine after cleanser. It helps to prepare my skin for serums and moisturizer. It helps to control oil in my T-zone area. My skin looks shiny. I cannot say that it helped to minimize the look of my pores. Overall, it is a good toner to balance the skin.
