This toner isn't new to me, I love haruharu so so much. Their products are gentle and so calming. This toner is for all my dry skin girlies that want to feel hydrated. It makes your skin look so glowy and plump, and as much as it is just a toner, super good for that extra boost of moisture and layering. Always worth the hype. I have super dry, sensitive acne prone skin.
