I was waiting better tone up effect actually. Yes as a suncream it's making its job very well, no oily feeling, no white remains, fast absorbation but I dont know I was waiting better tone up effect so I can use as a primer. But no don't have tope up or primer effect.

I've try several tone up Korean sunscreen and dr.jart+ is the best one while innifree is the worst. I has pink color lotion. The white cast will go away after 3-4 min and it keep my skin moisture full day. I don't need a make up because this tone up give me a pink look like cute healthy make up. it doesn't clog my pore and easy to reapply.

09.09.21 Very light, great for everyday!
I bought this item when it was on sale, and I am really glad I did. It's super hydrating and light weight, great to use before face makeup. Will most likely be relying on this product during the dry winter season.
