Its texture is runny, like water, but upon application, anyone can tell that it’s weighty. I gave this toner a few more minutes before it finally settles nice and comfortable in my face. Yes, the tackiness does go away. Has a sweet scent I can tolerate. Result-wise, it does reduce the redness of my face. Especially the itchiness of my active acne. More suitable for oily to combination skin type, the hydration level it provides might not be sufficient for people with dry skin.

I really like how this toner felt on my skin it feels very soothing also this toner smell so good like honey. This is like the most hydrating toner I have used compared to all the some by mi products it also calmed my sensitive skin. And I have rosacea and this doesn’t even irritate my skin and I really recommend this if you want to fix your skin using this toner. I also just started this and I just open this because my skin was irritated and this fixed my tight and dry skin
