I was a little worried about this having a funky smell, but happy to say there is no unpleasant scent. It feels luxurious with heavy glass packaging, but this means it is not travel friendly! I would worry about keeping it upright all the time, otherwise I think it might be prone to leaking from the top. Overall after an initial use, it's an interesting, non irritating and skin friendly product. I use this either immediately after cleansing or after toner when I want to use one.
