Please make sure you do not need to do anything and have a phone or TV for when you use this because you can not walk (or you will slip or fall) if you use these socks! They make feet feel smooth after using BUT only after 4-5 days will skin start peeling off and be replaced with new skin, use the rock to scrub off the rest of the skin peeling off and apply lots of lotion and wear socks as your skin heals. Although I did not get very smooth feet, my feet no longer have the rough slightly cracky skin. I will use it again when I need it and share more results in a later review.
