This is a very gentle chemical exfoliant. I use it as the first step in my skincare on days I plan to exfoliate. It doesn't cause any irritation and it tones my face nicely. It is fragrance-free. This is comparable to the Paula's Choice 2% BHA but much more affordable and I think the formulation is better. I'm happy with this purchase.

I don’t notice any effect on pore clearing or acne reduction. Been using it for 3 weeks. It’s refreshing and does not irritate my skin. Not hydrating enough
