It comes in a plastic tube with a screw cap like standard toothpaste packaging. The design is simple but the packaging works well enough. I have no complaint for that. It has minimal scent to no scent at all. It's a milky slightly viscous cream but lightweight. It absorbs into the skin quickly with a minimal white cast. It's not sticky after application and it leaves a really nice dewy finish.
