11.07.23 Hydrating toner BUT the scent!
This toner is very refreshing to apply, and it indeed brightens and evens out my skin tone, making my skin much healthier and more vibrant. When it comes to the texture, it's quite thick, but once I apply it, it quickly absorbs into the skin. However, as much as I love the scent of a lemon or any citrusy scent, I just really don't like how this one smells. It's overpowering. I thought at first it would be a subtle one, but it's not.
