Toner is clear - looks like water. Doesn't have a smell. I thought it would have been a bit flowery due to its ingredients but no smell at all. No irritation to my skin. My skin does feel nice and soft after using.

During my morning routine, I use this after cleansing, I use about 3-4 drops and pat this onto my skin. Since it is very hot outside, this soothes my skin while providing a much needed hydration to my dry skin for the summer. I am rating the Calming Toner Skin Booster a 4/5 stars!
