Can’t have pretty skin without inner beauty! A tasty fruity collagen snack, easy to keep in my bag when I’m out and about. A great alternative for those who don’t like dissolvable collagen with fishy smell like myself

The taste and smell are very strong, it smells like vinegar. As for the effects, I didn't take it for long, so I couldn't notice any effects.
