White cast and Drying
Perhaps I misunderstood what tone up meant, this is a white sunscreen that makes you look extremely pale and sick. I found it did not soak in at all, nor did the white cast ever fade. It also seemed to draw out any moisture in my skin to create dry patches - perhaps alright for extra oily people but even my oily area were getting tight. Do not recommend
