Although it seems dark, it's lighter on me than some I already own, like the one from The Body Shop. It gives a natural burgundy color to the lips. Although the color may vary from person to person. I haven't been using it for a long time, but so far it hasn't dried out my lips. Possibly because I always had some lip balm

I love this formula. The colors is really buildable so you can make it and light or dark as you prefer. It takes a couple seconds to dry down but then the color stays in place really well! Easily usable as a blush to make your makeup more cohesive.

I like this one. It gives enough redness to my lips. I think I only need to apply once in a day and all day it sticks to my lips even after drinking liquids.
