It tastes okay, it's easy to use (I mix it with water), and it contains marine collagen, vitamins, and protein. I recommend buying it; you can take it anywhere.

Its okay, I liked sleek/modern packaging. I mostly ate it as a quick snack when I got hungry. It's not amazing enough to buy again though.

The shake mix is easily and has a nice berry yogurt to flour. I use it during work for a light meal replacement. It keeps me full without feeling heavy.

I love these diet shakes they are so easy and very convenient. I have tried 3 flavors, the Oat, Berry and Oreo and my favorite is the Oat flavor. Me and my husband are in our 40’s so I pick the OAT flavor because I don’t like sweet things for breakfast, it’s too early so the Oat is so much better. The berry and Oreo taste very good but too sweet in my opinion or at least to me and my husband. I highly recommend and I will continue to buy. The only down fall is that we can’t buy more than 5 pack for each flavor (Oreo only 3 pack) and I only want the OAT but because they restrict the ordering is really suck as it’s 9.99 shipping each time. They need to change that block so we can order more than just 5. So I’ll only give 4 stars.
