Neogen V. Biome Soothing Cream - a hydrating moisturizer formulated with 5% Neogen V. Biome Liposome, Vitamin C, Blue Mallow Flower Extract, Probiotics and 19 essential vitamins. The soothing cream hydrates dry skin and helps brighten and soothe sensitive skin. Apply with the built-in miniglobe applicator and use miniglobe to message around eyes, smile lines and face lines. It did take a while to fully absorb into skin. It feels a little bit too much on my oily skin.
