Rice bran contains nutrients that nourishes skin & minerals to brighten & strengthen skin barrier. Arbutin (extracted from lingonberry or blueberry plants) helps brighten skin, fade dark spots, & provides anti-aging benefits. I’ve been using this serum every other day in the AM/PM after cleansing and toning. The watery texture allows the serum to absorb quickly, & it feels almost weightless on skin. There is no scent & no sticky/tacky feel. It layers well with other products. My skin feels very soft & hydrated! I have noticed that it calms redness, & my face looks slightly brighter with a subtle improvement to skin texture. This serum is great for all skin types, as it is fragrance free & contains no essential oils. While Arbutin is mild & gentle on skin, it could cause irritation. I recommend using every other day to ensure your skin doesn’t react. Always use a sunscreen if you use products with Arbutin.
