This is basically a feel good, guilt-free, alternative option for a flavored drink when juice is no longer part of your diet. All you need is water to make it. I prefer to use cold water and to drink it first thing in the morning to wake myself up and/or to cool down. Peach was such a great choice! I'll never run out of kombucha ever again. I stock up whenever TEAZEN or other brands have sales on Kombucha.
