Not sure if the gummy has enough collagen to help with anti aging on a daily basis but it tastes ok. Eating these are a lot better than drinking collagen powder or other forms of collagen. Initial taste is like yummy regular gummy candy when you first bite into them. But has a vitamin like after taste with the last few chews and after taste. My go to for collagen.
