For it contains 10% niacinamide and also arbutin, it would be a great serum for those struggling with scars or pigmentation , and could also really help brighten the skin. However after finishing one bottle, I didn't notice any dramatic results at all. But texture is so much better than TO. Also, the bottle can be a little dirty after using for a while.
