Romand always makes the most beautiful matte formulas and this is no exception. It’s the same soft, creamy matte as the other Milk Tea collection. All of the shades are stunning and I can’t pick a favorite. If you’ve never tried Romand’s mattes, it’s a MUST. This and the Zero Velvet are to die for. Perfection, 10/10. Photo is 05-09, lightest to darkest.
