11.22.22 Super Cute Packaging but Coverage/Finish is Meh
I LITERALLY LOVE the packaging, from the color, the finish to the application puff. BUT, the actual cushion when applied, is not really great in my opinion. The product feels lighter than a #23 and when I used it, seemed to be lighter coverage than expected. When I go for second application, the product starts to cake and does not look good. I don't know if this is just with me but I am going to give this a 2/5 (+1 star for the packaging).
